Guy Stuff Layout

January 18, 2015

Welcome to my second reveal for Lasting Memories. This go-round we were challenged to create a layout about a Life Lesson.
I pulled out my Carta Bella Boy Oh Boy goodies and the sketch from ScrapMuch? to get started.  I stuck really close to the sketch except for changing to use three photos instead of two.  I didn’t have the correct red paper to mat my photos, but I had the perfect red washi tape.  I cut mats the size I needed and covered the edges with the tape…worked perfectly!
The life lesson that I choose to highlight was our son learning some “Guy Stuff.”  My hubby had his tools out to do something around the house right around when our son turned one.  M went right over to the tools and started digging in the box and turning the handles…no one had to tell him it way guy stuff!
Sorry I’ve been so quiet lately, but we’ve been going through a kitchen re-do and the house looks like a bomb went off!  Leave me a comment if you want to see the new kitchen, and until next time…Keep Scrappin!

Great layout and what a cute little helper. I'd love to see pictures of your kitchen. I have been talking about redoing my kitchen for years but haven't completely talked myself into it yet. BL
