Mini Album Blog Hop
Hi everyone. You should have arrived here from Heather’s Crafty Heart…didn’t she make such a cool mini album!?
What I really loved about this hop was you could make something new or show your favorite past album. I tried to get something created, but didn’t make it so I’m sharing with you my favorite album I’ve ever made. I created it with a tutorial from My Sister Scrapper and the All About A Boy Collection from Echo Park. Without further adieu….
In case you get lost along the way – here’s the full line up
National Scrapbook Day Blog Hop
Happy NSD all! We are totally excited that you’ve joined us this weekend for this extra special blog hop. SpiegelMom Scraps and the Southern Girls Challenge Blog owners and Design Teams have united and are aspiring to inspire YOU! This hop has such wide variety of paper crafting styles and media being used that it’s sure to knock your socks off. You should have arrived from Louise’s blog. Didn’t you love her project!?
For my project I created a family mini album for you. I created this from scratch starting with plain white cardstock, and will be used as part of a swap for the Facebook swap group a friend and I run. The papers are ones I’ve had in my stash for years…really trying to work on using those up! Here is a photo of the outside, and I have a video (here) for you of it all opened up.
Next up on the hop you should find Neha and her wonderful mixed media page. Before you go though please follow me using bloglovin, and I’d be over the moon if you’d follow my facebook page too…links are on the right hand side of the blog. Thanks so much for your comments and until next time…Keep Scrapping!
3×3 Christmas Meander Album
Hi everyone and welcome to my second guest post for the 12 Days of Christmas Blog Hop. You should have arrived here from Lisa’s blog.
The idea of this hop is to give you 12 days of inspiration to get those Christmas projects done. You may see cards, layouts, mini albums, altered items or home decor…you’ll have to visit each day to not miss a thing.
For my project today I chose to make a 3×3 meander album with a Christmas theme. I have been sick with bronchitis so I made you a video…Thanks for understanding!
Now before you head off to Scrappin Madge’s I’d love if you followed me here and on my Facebook page (link on the sidebar). If you follow me already please know how honored that makes me feel…I appreciate all of you!
Until next time…Keep Scrapping!
Doodlebug Mini For Practical Scrappers
Since the pages were so small to begin with I tried to keep the embellishments fairly simple so there was still enough room for a real photo. I think what ended up being my favorite embellishment was the candy corn cut out. I coated each of the corn with crystal laquer so they are shiny and raised…looks like candy behind a glass case. Which page is your favorite? Leave me a comment, and become a follower, and I’ll pick a winner on Sunday for a surprise gift..
I thank you for hoping with me today, and I’d love if you became a follower! Until next time…Keep Scrapping and head over to Jennifer’s page for more inspiration
